			Butter Mixture
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
 - 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Main Ingredients
- 6 slices Texas toast
 - 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 6 thin slices Provolone cheese
 - chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
- Prepare the Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes to create a flavorful spread.
 - Optional Toasting: For a crunchier texture, lightly toast the Texas toast slices in a toaster before assembling. This step can be skipped if you prefer softer bread.
 - Brush with Butter Mixture: Using a brush or spoon, evenly coat one side of each bread slice with the prepared butter mixture, ensuring full coverage for maximum flavor.
 - Add Cheese Layers: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the buttered side of each bread slice, then top each with a thin slice of provolone cheese. Secure the cheeses with a toothpick to keep them in place during cooking.
 - Air Fry the Toast: Place 2 to 4 slices of the prepared bread into the air fryer basket, depending on its capacity. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crispy. Repeat with any remaining slices.
 - Garnish and Serve: Remove the toothpicks carefully, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top if desired, and serve immediately for the best cheesy, crispy experience.

Notes
- To make the toast even crispier, pre-toast the bread slices before adding the butter mixture and cheese.
 - Be cautious when using toothpicks to secure cheese; remove them before eating.
 - This recipe can be doubled easily by cooking in batches in the air fryer.
 - For a milder flavor, omit or reduce the crushed red pepper flakes.
