			Beef Mixture
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
 - 1 small onion, finely diced
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Dough and Topping
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
 - 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Serving
- Pickle slices (optional, for serving)
 - Ketchup and mustard, for dipping

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess grease, then stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese. Set aside to cool slightly.
 - Assemble the Bombs: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Separate the biscuit dough into individual rounds. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit round. Carefully fold the dough around the filling, pinching to seal and forming a small ball.
 - Bake the Bombs: Place the sealed biscuit bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
 - Cook Until Golden: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
 - Serve: Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, and pickle slices on the side for dipping, if desired.

Notes
- Make sure to drain excess grease from the cooked beef to prevent soggy biscuit dough.
 - You can substitute cheddar with your favorite cheese like Monterey Jack or mozzarella for different flavors.
 - For extra crispiness, brush the bombs with butter twice during baking.
 - These can be made ahead and baked just before serving; keep refrigerated if assembling early.
 - Optional sesame seeds add a nice crunch and appearance but can be omitted if preferred.
