Instructions
- Sauté the Vegetables: Melt the butter in a large stockpot over medium heat. Once melted, add the diced onion, carrots, celery, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring regularly, until the carrots have softened, about 10 minutes.
- Add Liquids and Ingredients: Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard, then stir in the cooked chicken, cubed ham, and cubed cream cheese.
- Simmer and Melt: Continue cooking the soup, stirring frequently, until it is hot throughout and the cream cheese has fully melted, creating a creamy texture.
