Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Gather and measure all ingredients accurately, ensuring the dates are pitted so they blend smoothly.
  2. Blend the Mixture: Place the almond milk, coconut cream, cocoa powder, dates, vanilla extract, salt, and collagen peptides (if using) into a high-speed blender. Blend on medium-high speed for 30 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy with no chunks remaining.
  3. Fill the Ninja Creami Pint: Pour the creamy chocolate mixture carefully into the Ninja Creami pint, leaving enough headspace at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
  4. Freeze the Mixture: Seal the pint with its lid and place it upright in the freezer. Freeze for a minimum of 24 hours to allow the mixture to solidify properly.
