Instructions

 - Make Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
 - Combine Ingredients: Add the cooled macaroni, chopped eggs, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions into the bowl with the dressing. Stir gently to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
