							Scale

			Steak
- 8 oz. steak (sirloin or ribeye recommended)
 - Salt and pepper, to taste

Noodles
- 8 oz. lightning noodles (or any thin noodles like rice vermicelli)

Sauce & Seasonings
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional for extra flavor)
 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice preference)

Garnish
- Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish

Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Slice the steak thinly against the grain to ensure tenderness, then season with salt and pepper. Let it rest while preparing the noodles.
 - Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the lightning noodles for about 3-5 minutes according to package instructions. Drain and rinse them under cold water to halt cooking, then set aside.
 - Sauté the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the seasoned steak strips and sauté for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and set aside.
 - Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
 - Combine Everything: Return the cooked steak to the skillet, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Toss in the cooked noodles and stir well to coat everything with the garlic butter sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
 - Serve: Plate the Garlic Butter Steak Lightning Noodles and garnish with fresh parsley or green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
- Use sirloin or ribeye steak for best flavor and tenderness.
 - Oyster sauce is optional but adds a richer umami flavor to the dish.
 - Adjust red pepper flakes according to your preferred spice level.
 - Rinsing noodles in cold water stops cooking and helps prevent them from sticking.
 - For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free soy sauce and oyster sauce substitutes or omit oyster sauce.
 - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
