			For the Dough:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
 - 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
 - 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F)
 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 teaspoon salt

For the Filling:
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
 - 6 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Topping:
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
 - Extra parsley for garnish

Instructions
- Activate the Yeast: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle the active dry yeast on top and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy, indicating active yeast.
 - Mix Dough Ingredients: Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the frothy yeast mixture. Whisk well to combine.
 - Add Flour and Form Dough: Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, mixing with a wooden spoon or by hand, until a soft dough forms that is not sticky.
 - Knead the Dough: Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic to develop gluten.
 - First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm, draft-free place for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.
 - Prepare Garlic Butter Filling: In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth and well blended.
 - Shape Rolls: Punch down the risen dough and roll it out on a floured surface to a 12×18 inch rectangle.
 - Spread Filling: Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over the dough surface generously.
 - Roll and Slice: Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seams to seal. Slice into 12 equal pieces.
 - Second Rise: Place sliced rolls cut-side up in a greased baking dish or on a lined baking sheet, leaving room between rolls. Cover and let rise for 30-45 minutes until puffy.
 - Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Bake Rolls: Optionally sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
 - Cool and Serve: Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with optional parsley garnish for best flavor.
