- 24 1 ounce bags of chips
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded lettuce
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups pineapple salsa
Instructions
- Heat the Pork BBQ: Warm the Byron’s Pork BBQ following the package instructions until it is hot and ready to serve.
- Prepare the Chips: Open each 1-ounce bag of chips and gently crush the chips inside into smaller pieces to create a sturdier base for the toppings.
- Fortify the Bag: Fold down the sides of the chip bags to make them more stable and easier to hold while eating.
- Assemble the Walking Taco: Top the crushed chips in each bag with a generous portion of the heated pork BBQ, followed by shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, pineapple salsa, sour cream, and finish with a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
