Instructions
- Prepare Produce: Thoroughly wash all the fruits and vegetables to remove dirt and pesticides. Peel any ingredients as needed, such as lemons, oranges, ginger, turmeric, and beets. Chop the produce into pieces suitable for your juicer’s feeding chute.
- Juice Ingredients: Add the prepared produce to the juicer one at a time, starting with leafy greens like spinach or kale to ensure maximum extraction, followed by the juicier fruits and vegetables. Continue processing until all ingredients are juiced.
- Serve and Store: Pour the freshly made juice over ice for a refreshing drink. Alternatively, transfer the juice into tightly sealed jars or glasses and store in the refrigerator for up to 7-10 days. Shake or stir well before drinking to ensure consistency.
Notes
- For best results, use organic produce when possible to avoid pesticides.
- Adjust the amount of ginger and turmeric according to your taste preferences for a spicier or more mellow juice.
- Drinking the juice immediately after preparation preserves the most nutrients, but refrigeration can extend freshness.
- To make the juice cleanse more balanced, consider adding a protein source or healthy fats if consuming as a meal replacement.
- Always clean the juicer thoroughly after use to avoid residue buildup and maintain hygiene.
