			Salmon and Lemon Butter
- 4 fillets salmon (6 oz each)
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
 - 2 lemons (1 for juice, 1 for slices)
 - 4 cloves garlic (minced)
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Vegetables
- 4 medium potatoes (about 2 lbs)
 - 1 lb broccoli florets
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and optionally line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and facilitate easy cleanup.
 - Prepare Potatoes: Wash and peel the potatoes if you prefer. Cut them into small cubes. Toss the potato cubes in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
 - Roast Potatoes: Spread the seasoned potatoes on one side of the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure golden brown, crispy edges.
 - Make Lemon Butter Sauce: While the potatoes roast, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the juice of one lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Season Salmon: Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. After the potatoes have baked for about 15 minutes, push them to one side of the baking sheet and place the salmon fillets in the cleared space.
 - Add Lemon Butter and Broccoli: Spoon the lemon butter mixture generously over each salmon fillet. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon. Arrange the broccoli florets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
 - Roast Salmon and Broccoli: Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast everything together for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
 - Rest and Garnish: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the food rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
 - Serve: Plate the lemon butter salmon alongside the crispy potatoes and roasted broccoli for a complete flavorful meal.

Notes
- You can peel or leave the potato skins on depending on your preference.
 - Make sure to cut potatoes into uniform size pieces to ensure even cooking.
 - Fresh lemon slices add a nice decorative touch and extra citrus flavor.
 - If you want extra crispy potatoes, spread them out to avoid overcrowding on the baking sheet.
 - Use fresh garlic for best flavor; garlic powder can be a substitute but won’t be as fragrant.
 - Check salmon doneness with a fork; it should flake easily and be opaque throughout.
 - This recipe can be easily doubled for larger families or gatherings.
