Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to prepare for roasting the carrots.
- Prepare Carrots: Peel the carrots, and if they are large, slice them in half lengthwise. Otherwise, leave them whole. Arrange the carrots on a baking sheet.
