Notes
- Use fresh pineapple juice for the best authentic tropical flavor.
- Chill your glasses beforehand to keep the drink extra refreshing for longer.
- Blend all ingredients for a creamy frozen variation instead of shaking.
- Make a mocktail version by omitting rum and replacing it with pineapple juice or coconut water.
- Rim glasses with toasted coconut for an elegant, tropical appearance.
- No coconut cream? Substitute with coconut milk for a lighter texture.
- Add dark rum for a stronger, deeper flavor profile.
- Sweeten with honey instead of simple syrup for a natural twist.
- Add orange juice for extra citrus brightness.
- Prepare the mixture in advance (without ice) and refrigerate up to one day; shake before serving.
- Freeze pineapple juice into ice cubes to chill without diluting the drink.
- Freeze leftover cocktail into popsicle molds for a fun frozen treat option.
