Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats to prevent sticking and set aside.
  2. Make Cookie Dough: In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream the softened butter and sugar together for about 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
