- 1 jar Rao’s Pizza Sauce (13 oz.)

- 5 Folios Parmesan Cheese Wraps
- 2 cups grated Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings and Seasonings
- 42 slices Hormel 25% reduced fat pepperoni
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, divided
- 2 tsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Heat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a 9” x 13” baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
- Cook Sausage: Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and cook the turkey Italian sausage until nicely browned and fully cooked through.
- Simmer Sauce: Add Rao’s pizza sauce to the browned sausage and simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to slightly thicken and marry the flavors.
- Prepare Cheese Wraps: Cut the Folios Parmesan Cheese Wraps in half and arrange the halves evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish to fully cover the base.
- Build First Layer: Spread half of the sausage and sauce mixture evenly over the arranged cheese wraps in the dish.
- Add Cheese Layer: Sprinkle 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese evenly over the sausage layer.
- Top with Pepperoni and Oregano: Place 21 slices of reduced-fat pepperoni over the cheese, then sprinkle with half a teaspoon of dried oregano.
- Repeat Layers: Create a second layer by placing another layer of cheese wrap halves, the remaining sausage mixture, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 21 pepperoni slices, and the remaining oregano evenly.
- Bake: Place the assembled dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
